The Bread ... a piece of Bra
With the aim of preserving and promoting one of the most important products Bra, created the Consortium for Conservation and Promotion of the Bread of Bra.
In addition, the consortium wants to be a reference point for all bakers with an interest in the pursuit of value added, giving a guarantee of reliability and quality and which have, of course, operational headquarters in the town of Bra.
In order to achieve this consortium members will:
  • Defend and protect the production and marketing of bread including through product registration, as well as defend and protect the traditional use of the name
  • Promote every suitable initiative aimed at safeguarding the typicality and tradition recovering all the characteristics of bread;
  • Publicize and encourage consumption and facilitate trade;
  • Distinguish and ensure the bread produced by the members by recommending the use of special marks and secured by law and / or at least register the product as indicated above;
  • Exercise a supervisory activities on production, trade and use that name, brand and mark the consortium, also together with the appropriate governmental bodies to prevent and punish abuses and irregularities affecting the interests and rights of members of the Consortium and , including contributing to disciplinary action;
  • Promote, promote, organize all initiatives intent on exploiting the bread, which would certify with accurate and secure guarantees about the system of production, the appreciation from consumers;
  • Implement and participate in initiatives of any kind which may be relevant to the development of the Consortium and the pursuit of the goals listed above;
